Saratoga Spring Makeover

There were definite goal for this project: a new mantle and tearing up the existing carpet and putting down hardwood floors. With excellent communication with the family and a defined budget we were able to finish the project and keep everyone happy. We chose a walnut fruitwood hardwood floor adding reflection and sheen to a once dark room. Adding recessed lighting helped the light too! The fabrics we chose were dog and family friendly. Best Line's roman shades were inside mounted to the large windows which saved some valuable space. Some of the items we purchased were:RC furniture's Justin sectional sofa in a faux leather, 4 Adam style side chairs paired with Southcone Furniture's Anza Dining Room table. The clients kept some of their existing pieces like a family piano and trunk and a unique coffee table from Carmel.
